Affiliate and Referral Program
We operate an affiliate and creator referral program through a third-party affiliate-tracking service. If you make a purchase using an affiliate’s discount code or referral link, we and our affiliate-tracking provider may collect and process information related to that purchase, such as the code or link used, the referring affiliate, the date and time, the products purchased, order value, and related order and device identifiers, in order to attribute the referral, calculate any commission owed to the affiliate, and detect misuse of codes or links. This information is used to administer the program and is processed by our affiliate-tracking provider on our behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Affiliates receive performance and commission information about referred orders but do not receive your payment card details.
SMS Messaging and Communications
Collection and Use of Mobile Phone Numbers
We collect your mobile phone number when you provide it through our website forms, during checkout, or when you update your account information. When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages from us, we may use this information to:

Third-Party Data Sharing and SMS Information
While we may share certain personal information with third parties as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data and consent information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Currently, we do not use location data for SMS communications.
