About This Tin
These scallops from the Rías Baixas or "lower estuaries" of Galicia are large, tender, and sweet thanks to the nutrient-rich region from which they come. After being cooked to perfection, these scallops are hand-cut from their shells and placed into this tin with a lovely regional olive oil. This tin is completed by the addition of chili peppers and garlic.
Our recommendation is to eat them straight from the tin - slightly warmed if you like (place the closed tin in a shallow dish and cover it with warm water for 3-4 minutes).
