Ekone
Founded in 1980, the family cannery, Ekone, has historically been run by five generations of shellfish farmers on the shores of Willapa Bay, Washington. The nutrient-dense tidewaters found there make a phenomenal location to sustainably grow shellfish with regenerative farming practices. Once grown to the appropriate size, oysters and mussels are gently smoked and hand-packed at peak freshness to preserve flavor and nutrients. The same attention to details is given to Ekone's line of tinned fish which is caught by nearby tribes and fishing families. Today, Ekone's legacy is carried on by the Taylor Shellfish family.
Güeyu Mar
